DBE Program and Goal
Boise State University
Notice is hereby given that Boise State University has finished its DBE goal FY08 and through race-neutral calculation has set its goal at 1.3%, and will submit such goal to the Federal Transit Administration.
The DBE program and goal and its rationale are available for inspection during normal business hours, M-F, 8:00 - 5:00, at the Boise State University’s Finance and Administration office, 1910 University Drive, Boise, Idaho 83725 and at Valley Regional Transit’s office located at 830 N. Main, Suite 230, Meridian, Idaho 83642 for 30 days after date of publication. It can also be viewed on BSU’s website at www.boisestate.edu/parking and at www.valleyregionaltransit.org .
Any comments regarding this goal may be forwarded within 45 days from the date of publication to BSU’s Finance and Administration Office or to Valley Regional Transit at the above addresses, or may be sent to the Federal Transit Administration, Attn. Notice of DBE Goal
For Valley Regional Transit (VRT)
In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation as set forth in 49 C.F.R. Part 26, as amended, Valley Regional Transit in Meridian, Idaho hereby notifies the public that it is recommending the following Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for applicable professional services, construction, and procurement contracts during Fiscal Year 2008, beginning October 1, 2007 and ending September 30, 2008. The overall total DBE goal for Fiscal Year 2008 is 2.59%.
Information pertaining to this goal and a description of how it was selected is available for inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) at the Valley Regional Transit Administrative Offices, 830 N. Main Street, Meridian, Idaho 83642 for 30 calendar days following the date of publication of this notice. Written comments on this goal will be accepted for 45 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
