Valley Regional Transit (VRT) is seeking a firm to provide “Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Eligibility Evaluation Services” reviewing access eligibility of our current riders (individuals with disabilities) and new applicants (individuals with disabilities) to ensure only qualified passengers use the service.

In determining the most advantageous proposal, the Owner will consider all acceptable proposals on a basis consistent with the procurement package. The Owner will also consider whether the proposal is a responsible proposer.
Before a contract will be awarded for work contemplated herein, the Owner will conduct such investigation as is necessary to determine the performance record and ability of the Proposers to perform the size and type of work specified under this contract. Upon request, the Proposer shall submit such information as deemed necessary by the Owner to evaluate the Proposer’s qualifications.
All submissions must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign.
Valley Regional Transit reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of Valley Regional Transit.
