ACCESS Paratransit Appeal

Valley Regional Transit (VRT) notifies the public that a public hearing will take place under VRT’s Administrative Appeal Policy of an ACCESS paratransit service decision. The VRT Executive Board will conduct the public hearing during its meeting scheduled for Monday, January 9, 2023 at the VRT administrative offices, 700 NE 2nd Street in Meridian, Idaho. The hearing will begin at 11 a.m., or shortly thereafter.

In accordance with Idaho Code Title 40 Chapter 21, Section 12, Valley Regional Transit (VRT) notifies the public that it intends to review and consider for adoption an amended budget for Fiscal Year 2023.  The Valley Regional Transit Board of Directors will meet at 12:00 PM on Monday, January 9, 2023 at the VRT administrative offices, 700 NE 2nd Street in Meridian, Idaho. The public hearing on the amended budget will be held shortly after noon on that date.
