Those interested in utilizing the bike storage room must first sign an agreement form, which is available at the station’s customer service office. There is a fee for using the storage room. The pay-as-you-go rate is $5 a month payable in three-month increments. The yearly fee is $50. The customer service office only accepts credit or debit cards to make payment. All fees are non-refundable.
Once you sign up, you will be provided with a five-digit number. To gain access to the storage room, you need to enter that number into a keypad located outside the room. You can also pay an additional $10 one-time fee and get a plastic “smart” card that will unlock the storage room door without needing to enter your code.
In case you did not already know this, all ValleyRide buses are equipped with either a two- or three-capacity bike rack.
