The festival takes place from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and several VRT routes stop right in front of the park\, making it easy to get there. \n\nBUS TO SOUL FOOD FEST\nComing from South Boise? \nRoute #3 Vista stops directly in front of Julia Davis Park. Buses are scheduled to arrive every 30 minutes from 7:15 AM to 9:30 PM from the airport to downtown Boise along Vista. \nComing from West Boise? \n\nRoute #5 Emerald stops directly in front of Julia Davis Park. We are adding more service from Towne Square Mall to downtown Boise via Emerald\, with buses arriving every hour from 8 AM to 11 AM and every 30 minutes from 11 AM to 8 PM. \nPark & Ride for free at Towne Square Mall! \nComing from Overland? \n\nRoute #29 Overland stops directly in front of Julia Davis Park.
