DESCRIPTION:VRT Executive Board\n\nThe VRT Executive Board is a standing committee of the Board of Directors. It reviews matters related to budget\, finance\, operations\, governmental\, and legislative actions. The Executive Board focuses on the internal and operational issues of the agency and works closely with the executive director in the management of Valley Regional Transit. Well\, your someday is here! \nJoin Valley Regional Transit for a hands-on Learn to Ride event on Tuesday\, October 28th\, from 5–7 PM. \nWe’ll meet at Boise Towne Square Mall’s Park & Ride lot (just north of Dillard’s) at 5 PM\, hop on Route 7 at 5:15 PM\, and take a guided ride downtown to Main Street Station. There\, we’ll enjoy a 30-minute behind-the-scenes tour of Boise’s underground transit hub before catching Route 29 back to the mall\, arriving around 6:40 PM. \nAlong the way\, you’ll learn how to: \n\n\nPlan your trip using VRT’s tools \n\n\nRead route maps and schedules \n\n\nTrack your bus in real time \n\n\nPay your fare using the Umo Mobility app \n\n\nWhether you’re brand new to transit or just curious how it all works\, this event is a great (and fun!) way to explore Boise by bus. \n📍 Meeting Point: Towne Square Mall Park & Ride\, north of Dillard’s🕔 Time: 5–7 PM🚌 Routes: 7 → Main Street Station → 29💬 Questions?
