  • Dispatcher (Temp to Hire)

    Reporting to the Transit Service Manager, the Dispatcher coordinates all the assignment of drivers and vehicles, assists drivers with route changes, and troubleshoots and responds to issues from drivers as they arise. The Dispatcher updates the Transit Services Manager on activities regarding the Beyond Access routes and coordinates with the Customer Service Specialists to identify and meet the needs of VRT customers through these services.

  • Part Time Transit Asset Technician

    Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the PT Transit Asset Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, relocation, and upkeep of transit benches as well as assisting with related passenger amenities.

  • Customer Service Specialist I

    Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Specialist I (CSS I) provides outstanding customer service to the public. This job also performs administrative support and bus pass sales to meet the needs of Valley Regional Transit (VRT) staff and customers.
