The stop at Glenwood and Chinden, near the Fairgrounds, has been closed. A temp stop has been placed on the far side of the entrance to the Fairground Parking Lot.

Due to road construction, Route 16 will be on detour August 18 - September 25. A temporary stop will be placed on Garrison near the Skate Park

Route 28 is on small detour at Frank Church High School; the bus will be taking right onto Salt Creek from Pro Tech, servicing the temp stop on Salt Creek, and then taking a right on Trabuco back to regular route.

Access Paratransit

Access is a paratransit transportation service operated by Valley Regional Transit through the tax support of local municipalities. Designed to complement the fixed-route bus system, this service is available to people who are unable to utilize the fixed-route or on-demand bus systems because of a disability. Eligibility may be limited on a conditional basis, and each trip can be reviewed.

All Access vehicles can accommodate wheelchairs. All stations are equipped to serve every member of our population. 

  • Pickup and drop-off locations for Access service will be within three-fourths of a mile of fixed-route service.
  • Service is by reservation only. Trips may be booked up to 14 days in advance, but no later than 5:00 p.m., for service the next operating day.
  • All Access passengers must keep their certification current and re-apply when their certification expires.
  • Once approved, Access fares are $3 per one-way trip for each passenger and for each guest. A personal care attendant may ride for free.
