Access Rider Guide
The VRT Access service reflects bus route coverage and hours of operation.
All Access vehicles can accommodate wheelchairs. All stations are equipped to serve every member of our population.
- Pickup and drop-off locations for Access service will be within three-fourths of a mile of fixed-route service.
- Service is by reservation only. Trips may be booked up to 14 days in advance, but no later than 5:00 p.m., for service the next operating day.
- All Access passengers must keep their certification current and re-apply when their certification expires.
- Once approved, Access fares are $3 per one-way trip for each passenger and for each guest. A personal care attendant may ride for free.
