VRT On-Demand Partner Toolkit

Our mission at Valley Regional Transit is to help more people get to more places more often, which means helping you talk and write about the bus! Our on-demand bus service is offered in Canyon County and, as of May 1, the City of Eagle with additional connections in Ada County. It’s easy to use, inexpensive, and a great way to get around. Use this toolkit to help your organization get on board with VRT On-Demand!

  • Short Version - English

    VRT On-Demand, the Treasure Valley’s newest public transportation service, provides riders with a safe, convenient, and affordable option to get where they need to go, when they need to. Available in Canyon County and the City of Eagle, with additional connections in Ada County, VRT OnDemand allows people to book a ride through the “VRT OnDemand” mobile app, get picked up by VRT buses, and arrive at their destination.

    Three easy ways to book a ride:

    1. Download the “VRT On-Demand” mobile app (available on the App Store and Google Play).
    2. Book through the website at https://vrtondemand.app.ridewithvia.com.
    3. Call the Help Desk at (208) 345-RIDE (7433).
