Bus Incident: May 21

Preliminary information indicates a collision between the VRT bus and a car with two passengers. Passengers sustained minor injuries that were treated at the scene. The bus operator did not sustain injuries, and there were no passengers were on the bus at the time.

Our team is assessing the condition of the bus operator and passengers, and we will share updates as they are confirmed.

5/21/26: 5:16 p.m.

At approximately 4:57 p.m., a VRT bus was involved in an incident on Orchard at the City Center on-ramp. Police arrived to the scene at approximately 5:10 p.m.

We are conducting a review and working with authorities. Our first priority is the safety and well-being of everyone involved.
