September 3 schedule adjustments

VRT regularly analyzes ridership, travel patterns, and development. We also engage with riders, funding partners, and stakeholders to develop service change proposals to ensure the transit network provides the best connections across the region.

As with any large service change, tweaks are necessary as we settle into our new bus system. VRT will implement the following service adjustments on Tuesday, September 3:

Broadway

Adjusted bus arrival times to improve on-time performance:
- Main Street Station departures will now be at :15 and :45 after the hour. Other major stop times also change accordingly.
- Airport departures will now be at :08 and :38 after the hour. Other major stop times also change accordingly.

Adjusted bus arrival times to improve on-time performance:
- Airport departure times will now be at :10 and :40 after the hour throughout the day. Other major stop times also change accordingly.
- Airport departure times will now be at :10, :25, :40, and :55 after the hour during peak periods. Other major stop times also change accordingly.
