The 2022 Treeline bus service a big hit among festival attendees. We plan to be back with the service in 2023.
The Treeline circulator, a free bus service provided by Valley Regional Transit, set a record for ridership during Treefort Music Fest 10, held March 23-27, 2022. Over the course of the four days the Treeline operated, 1,228 people rode the free shuttle, topping the previous high of 1,158 rides during the 2019 Treefort event in March of 2019. Bolstering rides this year was the return of Bands on the Bus, which makes the Treeline a mobile second chance venue. Photos from the on-board musical acts can be seen at the bottom of this page.
The Treeline operated on Idaho and Main Street between 3rd and 14th streets. In addition to offering the free shuttle service, Treefort wristband holders could also ride any other VRT bus route for free. A total of 260 people took advantage of that offer, for an overall Treefort-related ridership of 1,488.
Valley Regional Transit expects to continue the service at the next Treefort Music Fest 11, scheduled for March 22-26, 2023. We hope to see you there and riding our buses!
