As Boise prepares for Treefort 12, Valley Regional Transit (VRT) will again make it easy to get to and from venues with the Treeline, a free bus shuttle running from 6-11 p.m. Wednesday, March 20 through Friday, March 22, and from 2-11 p.m. Saturday, March 23.
Treeline buses will provide free bus service every 10 to 15 minutes, connecting the Main Stage in Julia Davis Park to five Treeline stops in downtown Boise.
“After five years, the Treeline is now an established part of Treefort Music Fest, making it easy to get to and from the Main Stage and other venues downtown,” said Valley Regional Transit CEO Elaine Clegg. “We are excited to offer transportation for fans of Boise’s most popular music and arts festival, and to host artists with Bands on the Bus. We will also be providing more opportunities to connect with VRT at the new Underground Disco Derby at Main Street Station and the Safe Routes to School bike rodeos.”
In addition to the Treeline, anyone with a Treefort wristband can ride any VRT bus route for free Wednesday through Saturday. There is no bus service on Sunday.
