VRT Public Hearing & Open House: Proposed Service Changes in Nampa

June 22 @ 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Valley Regional Transit will conduct a public hearing and open house to receive comments on proposed changes to Nampa transit services.

The proposals are necessary to align service levels with the City of Nampa’s reduced annual contribution to VRT (from $880,000 to less than $500,000 for FY2027).

VRT’s primary objective is to maintain service continuity for riders within the available budget.

A drop-in open house will begin at 3:30 p.m. to allow the public to review the proposed changes and ask questions, followed by a public hearing at 5 p.m. for participants to testify.
