Valley Regional Transit will be joining the community for World Refugee Day Boise 2026, a celebration of the cultures, stories, and contributions of refugees who have made Idaho their home.
This free, family-friendly event brings together community organizations, local businesses, artists, performers, and residents for a day of connection and cultural celebration. Attendees can enjoy international food, shopping, live music, dance performances, and activities for all ages while learning about resources and services available throughout the Treasure Valley.
VRT will be on-site sharing information about public transportation services, travel training opportunities, and programs that help connect people to jobs, education, healthcare, and community destinations. Stop by our table to learn how transit can support greater mobility and independence, ask questions about riding the bus, and pick up transit resources.
We look forward to celebrating with our community and helping connect people to the places and opportunities that matter most.
