Ever wonder what's underneath downtown Boise? Join Keep Boise Cool and Valley Regional Transit for a behind-the-scenes tour of Main Street Station — Boise's underground transit hub — followed by a group bus ride through the city. Learn how public transit connects our community and how hopping on the bus can be one of the easiest climate choices you make. Join us for an evening of conversation with two Boise-based transportation and planning professionals. Together, they'll explore how our community moves and how transportation choices shape our climate future: how systems are planned, how data informs carbon reduction strategies, and how we can build more sustainable ways to get around.This program will feature short talks followed by discussion, with plenty of time for questions.

Bus Day Ever: Family Ride Day is a Youth Ride Free scavenger hunt. Get your Youth Ride Free pass and ride the bus to find clues and win prizes. Plus, you’ll have VRT staff to help you navigate along the way.
Valley Regional Transit will be joining nearly 20 community partners to connect families with helpful services, programs, and opportunities throughout the Treasure Valley. Stop by the VRT booth to learn more about public transportation options, Youth Ride Free, trip planning tools, and how transit can help your family stay connected to school, work, parks, events, and more.
Families can enjoy interactive activities, kid-friendly fun, giveaways, and information from organizations dedicated to supporting our community.
